It works, or we fix it. At our cost.

One-off builds: we get your Agent working on your computer, and we build it to the scope we wrote together. If what we deliver doesn't match that written scope, we bring it to scope at our cost — a 30-day fix warranty that starts when you accept delivery. And you get 7 days to check the work against the scope before that clock starts.

Managed monthly systems: we agree the scope with you in writing and we get it working as scoped, at our cost. We do not promise an uptime percentage. Our experience is that these systems are robust, and we treat their availability as our responsibility.

Every one-off build ships with a verification report against the agreed scope — you see it before you pay the balance.
