Agents on Demand (“we”) is a registered Texas business operated as a sole proprietorship, based in Houston, Texas. This page describes what information we collect through agentsondemand.tech, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The summary: we collect what you type into our forms, we measure site usage with cookieless first-party analytics, we run one advertising-measurement pixel while we are advertising, and we never sell personal information.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the apply form we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), which tier interests you, what you want to automate, your timeline, and how you heard about us. If you join the Jolt waitlist we receive your email address. If you email us, we receive your message. We use this to respond to you, scope your project, and prepare proposals — the purpose you sent it for.
Campaign attribution. If you arrive through a link we published (for example from a video description or an ad), the link may carry campaign tags (UTM parameters). We attach those tags to your inquiry so we know which of our channels are useful. They describe our marketing, not you.
Usage statistics, without cookies. We measure site traffic with a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool (Umami) running on our own server. It uses no cookies, stores no personal profile, and does not follow you across other websites. Nothing about your visit is shared with an analytics vendor, because there isn’t one — the data stays on infrastructure we operate.
Server logs.Like practically every website, our web server records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). We use them for security, debugging, and aggregate traffic analysis, and we don’t join them to your identity.
Advertising measurement. When we run paid advertising we load the ad platform’s measurement pixel so we can tell whether an ad actually led to an inquiry. Today that is the Meta pixel. It loads on every page, sets a cookie in your browser (_fbp), and reports two things to Meta: that a page was viewed, and — if you complete the apply form — that an inquiry happened. It does not receive what you typed into the form. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy, and may use it to measure and target its advertising. We use it only to learn whether our ads work. Any standard content blocker stops it, and the site works normally without it.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.
- We do not run any third-party tracking beyond the single ad-measurement pixel described above. No data brokers, no session recording, no advertising network reading this site other than for the measurement we asked it for.
- We do not use the contents of your project inquiries for anything except serving you. Client work and client data stay the client’s — the same ownership promise our product makes.
Who we share with
Service providers that make the site work, under their own privacy terms: our hosting infrastructure, our email provider, and — when a project proceeds to payment — Stripe, our payment processor. We see payment outcomes; card details go to Stripe, not to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as they are useful for serving you and keeping business records. Email hello@agentsondemand.tech to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — we honor such requests regardless of where you live. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle inquiry data will be noted prominently.
